SAM - stress in everyday life

A study on stress in daily life

The study

In the SAM study, we are investigating what factors contribute to the daily experience of stress. We are also investigating in the SAM study the effectiveness of the SAM-NAR app, a smartphone application developed specifically for and in part by people with autism. The abbreviation SAM stands for Stress Autism Degree. In the SAM-NAR app, people are given a short questionnaire several times a day at set times about how they experienced the past four hours. After completing it, the app automatically provides feedback on the degree of stress a person is experiencing and possible tips for relaxing.
